"Experience does for the soul what Education does for the mind" - Casey Neistat
Find Out MoreI am a third year Computer Science student at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I have experience with both embedded software and full-stack web development, so in general I just like making stuff. If you're interested in some of the stuff I have done feel free to check out my resume here.
In my free time I enjoy playing golf, squash, skeet shooting, hanging out with my friends, and playing with my dog. I also enjoy working on projects in my free time, both in software and mechanically as well.
Eventually, I hope to work with innovators in the industry to bring the latest technology to the average consumer and make technology less of a liability in our daily lives and more of a tool for the average person in their everyday lives.
What else? There's a reason I'm a Computer Science major. I love programming. Whether it's simplifying a repetitive task or working on some abstract project, I love going head first into code.
I enjoy working with my hands, so when I'm not with my fraternity brothers or working on code, I'm often hanging out at a makerspace working on my next project.
What can I say, I love to travel. I believe traveling expands a person's basis, and makes them a more knowledged individual.
Work is work, and when it comes down to it I always put in the hours to get it done. An uncomplete project is never really your project.
During the summer of 2018, I worked as a software engineer for Lockheed Martin MFC in Grand Prairie, Texas. The experience was incredible and I couldn't be more thanksful to work with such experienced individuals.
Before, I spent the summer of 2017 as a Software Engineering Intern at Commissions Inc, a small real estate tech firm located in Marietta, GA. While I was there, I worked with full-time developers implementing features that would be used both internally as tools for the company, as well as consumer facing features like customizeable webpages and meta-data signatures.
Although most of what I did relied on the front-end appearance of webpages, I spent much of my time developing back-end operations. Because of this, I gained a great understanding of what it means to be a full-stack developer and why it is so important, even if you only work with one region of a code base, to understand how the entire stack works.
I'm always down to talk about upcoming technologies or the latest startup in Atlanta, never be afraid to reach out.
